Job Description:

This is a challenging position for candidates that are seeking a full-time position offering the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running medical offices that deliver Legendary Patient Care to the communities we serve.

As our Community Relations and Marketing Program Manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of our marketing program and maintaining exemplary relations with are partnering offices.

Travel to partnering medical offices is required during the typical work days and hours. Project planning and management are also core functions.

This position is unique and is NOT a sales position. You will foster relationships with a range of referring offices in the Portsmouth and Nashua greater areas. Your primary goal will be to provide continuous education to medical offices about the vast range of treatment options our doctors and staff can provide patients. You will maintain a schedule of referring offices, routinely visit offices, educate and request feedback, document visits and feedback and provide regular updates on the status of referring office relationships.

You also will be involved with online marketing and maintaining metrics for business development tracking.

Skills that are imperative for a successful candidate include: creativity, written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationship and organization skills. Some of the responsibilities entail:

  • Fostering relationships with a range of referring offices in the Portsmouth and Nashua greater areas
  • Providing continuous education to medical offices about the vast range of treatment options our doctors and staff can provide patients
  • Maintaining a schedule for visiting offices, checking in, providing education, and requesting feedback
  • Providing regular updates on the status of referring office relationships
  • Supporting online marketing efforts and maintaining metrics for business development tracking
